AC Milan are weighing up a move for AS Roma midfielder Fabio Simplicio.
Sport Mediaset says Milan see the Brazil international as ideal cover for the injured Mathieu Flamini, who is out for five months with a knee injury.
Milan chief Ariedo Braida has met with Simplicio's agent, Gilmar Rinaldi, in the past week to discuss the player's availability.
Olympique Lyon are also in contact with Roma for Simplicio.
