Genoa defender Andreas Granqvist is interesting AC Milan.

Milan chief Ariedo Braida has confirmed their interest in the Swede.

"It's true, I tracked Granqvist many times and we are interested in the player," Braida told Expressen.

"He is an excellent player and seems like a good lad. Is it true we will try to sign him this summer? It doesn't seem fair to talk about these issues now, especially as we are facing Genoa tomorrow, so it wouldn't be professional to discuss their players.

"Now we will concentrate only on the game."
