AC Milan and Chelsea are interested in Fiorentina midfielder Adem Ljajic.

Sky Italia says Fiorentina are struggling to strike terms with the Serb over a new contract, with his current deal having just over a year to run.

Milan have made their interest known to Ljajic's camp, who have also been approached by Chelsea reps.

Ljajic famously signed a pre-contract with Manchester United as a teenager, before the deal was scrapped over doubts about his progress at the time.
