AC Milan boss Vincenzo Montella is demanding more from Gerard Deulofeu.

On-loan from Everton, Deulofeu again struggled to make an impact in defeat to Sampdoria.

"Deulofeu? He's a player who must grow in continuity during the game even though it was so long since he played," remarked Montella.

"He can and must improve and we must make sure that he does.

"There are so many things that do not work as they should."
