AC Milan boss Pippo Inzaghi was delighted with Riccardo Montolivo's performance in their 2-0 win over Napoli.
Montolivo had a hand in both goals.
Inzaghi said: "It's so difficult to stay out for seven months and start two games, but he's such an important player that I wanted to get him back in shape as soon as possible. His pass to Bonaventura is Montolivo's specialty. I am so happy we're giving this player back to Milan and the Nazionale.
"I had intended to take him off after 65 minutes, but he had such grit that I waited a little longer."
