AC Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti has hinted they will register David Beckham for the UEFA Cup.

"Today he trained at a slower tempo and we will evaluate his condition tomorrow, because the muscle is tired," said Carletto.

There are reports Beckham has been left off the UEFA Cup list, even though the club is trying to make his move from LA Galaxy permanent.

"If Beckham is included, that would be our right and not trying to force anyone into anything. It is a tricky choice, as we have players like Gennaro Gattuso, Alessandro Nesta and Marco Borriello who could recover in time to play."
