AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has warned Antonio Cassano he cannot be guaranteed a starting place.
Allegri again ruled out giving Cassano regular first team football, which could push him into a summer move in the lead-up to Euro 2012.
"No club and no Coach in the world can guarantee a starting spot for a player. Cassano will be important for Milan, just as he was in the six months he played for us so far.
"Last term we found a style of football and a team identity that allowed us to win the Scudetto. Of course we need to improve on dead ball situations and other things."
