AC Milan boss Max Allegri is happy with Antonio Cassano's progress so far.

Cassano has come off the bench to provide decisive assists in his two games so far and is set for a similar role in Lecce.

"It's important that he works hard in training and his form is becoming acceptable," said Allegri.

"He'll start from the bench tomorrow and then we will see."
