AC Milan boss Max Allegri dedicated last night's derby win to two of their injured stars.
The final thought was for the injured Alexandre Pato and Pippo Inzaghi, who are out until 2011 and the end of the season respectively.
"We dedicate this victory to Pato and Inzaghi, especially Pippo who cannot be here with us," said Allegri.
