AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri admits Thiago Silva could miss their Champions League quarterfinal against Barcelona.

Against AS Roma, Thiago Silva had a problem in the warm-up, then limped off just 10 minutes into the 2-1 win due to a thigh injury.

"I risked Thiago Silva and that's how it went. He has a problem on his thigh and I think it's impossible to have him against Barcelona on Wednesday," said Allegri.

"We played a good first half today and conceded in the only occasion when Roma came forward. We came on to the field after the break with the real desire to turn things around and we achieved it."
