AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri admits Pippo Inzaghi is upset after being left out of their Champions League squad list.
Allegri decided to omit the striker from his 25-man list given concerns over the veteran's fitness.
"I spoke to Pippo," said Allegri. "He didn't take the news well, but that is only understandable.
"However, I told him that we'll wait for his return in January in the hope that he recovers full fitness by then."
