AC Milan have opened discussions with Internacional striker Leandro Damiao according to reports.
The 22-year old Brazilian has been a target of Tottenham's for some time but it appears as though he could perhaps be on his way to Italy even though his agent Stefano Castagna played down the importance of the meeting.
"It was just an exploratory meeting, a quick chat," Castagna told Ilsussidiario.net.
"There is no move for Damiao right now, even though Milan like the player.
"We will see in the future if they will want to have further talks. We did not talk about figures - it was not a negotiation.
"I do not know when and if Milan will launch a move for Damiao."
