AC Milan attacker Jeremy Menez has taken a swipe at former club PSG.
Menez is shining this season under coach Pippo Inzaghi.
"In my last season with PSG, I was not ostracised but I was not a favourite of Laurent Blanc," the Frenchman has told Canal+.
"I'd have liked to have had more dialogue with him, a little mutual respect would have been good for everyone.
"That's why meeting with Adriano Galliani and Filippo Inzaghi was crucial, they showed they have confidence in me.
"Meeting with them in Ibiza was crucial for me. After that I chose to commit myself to Milan.
"Every player is different, but I'm someone who needs to feel confident to be at my best. I like to have a good relationship with the people I work with."
