AC Milan have announced Gianluigi Donnarumma has been released from hospital.
The goalkeeper collided with Luca Antonelli in today's game against Chievo and had to be subbed off.
“Gianluigi Donnarumma has been discharged from the Borgo Trento Hospital in Verona following his knock to the head in today's match with Chievo and his situation will be monitored over the coming days," reads an official statement on Milan's website.
The match finished 0-0.
