Abramovich wants to bring Kaka AND Tevez to Chelsea to help Torres

Manchester City captain Carlos Tevez and Real Madrid midfielder Kaka are high on Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich's shopping list. The Telegraph says Abramovich is working his way through a list of targets and has not given up hope of luring Kaka from Real Madrid.

More realistically Chelsea are lining up deals to sign Anderlecht striker Romelu Lukaku and the Genk winger Kevin De Bruyne, who may be loaned out immediately, while there are talks as to whether a new bid for the Brazilian striker Neymar should be made.

Chelsea hope to sign a big-name creative midfield player while Ajax right-back Gregory van der Wiel is also on the list. Another target is Hadjuk Split striker Ante Vukusic.

Abramovich is intent on creating not only a younger team but one that will also help get the best out of Fernando Torres.

The Chelsea owner would like to make an offer, for example, for Carlos Tévez but if he leaves Manchester City it appears more likely he would go to Spain or Italy. However he is regarded as the perfect foil for Torres.
