Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is determined to radically overhaul the current squad. The Telegraph says Abramovich is still intent on making wholesale changes to the Chelsea squad this summer, finally moving on a number of the club's older players including Didier Drogba and Florent Malouda, and recruiting what one source said would be a team of "hungry young players".
Whether he is able to do that remains to be seen and his discussions with potential new managers will include how they see the squad evolving as well as a commitment to an attacking style of play.
