Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has been slammed over his treatment of the club's managers.
Andre Villas-Boas was sacked earlier this month after just eight months in charge, prompting the League Managers' Association to label the club a "serious embarrassment".
LMA chairman Howard Wilkinson said: "It seems Abramovich is not aware of the difference between having a successful team and building a successful club.
"You just have to look at Manchester United, who have been the most successful club in England over the last 15 years, and Barcelona, who have also enjoyed sustained success."
