Abramovich in Nice to see Chelsea win - and hold Juventus, BVB transfer talks

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich was in Nice yesterday to see their International Champions Cup win over Inter Milan.

The Daily Mail says Abramovich sailed on his yacht into nearby Antibes to conduct meetings with director Marina Granovskaia, Juventus and Dortmund.

The two Chelsea chiefs sat in a box together at the Allianz Riviera, watching as manager Maurizio Sarri's side drew 1-1 with Inter then won 5-4 in a penalty shootout.

Abramovich held a meeting with Sarri ahead of the match too, while talks with Dortmund have centred on 19-year-old Christian Pulisic, who is also a target for Bayern Munich.

It has been a significant weekend of transfer action for Chelsea.

They met representatives from Juventus in Nice on Saturday with targets Gonzalo Higuain, Daniele Rugani and Mattia Caldara the topics of discussion.
