Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas could be shown the door by Roman Abramovich in the next week. The Daily Mail says Abramovich is considering whether to fire his manager before next week's Champions League clash with Napoli.
He does not have a ready-made replacement, although yet another SOS call to Guus Hiddink, who revived Chelsea's fortunes in 2008, is not out of the question.
Chelsea's players were furious they were made to train. Some believe it is only a matter of time before Villas-Boas is fired and other members of staff believe he has been so overwhelmed by the position they are starting to feel sorry for him.
