Eric Abidal says Barcelona would be better suited for Franck Ribery than Real Madrid. The Bayern Munich star is wanted by both Spanish giants and Barca fullback Abidal said: "At the moment they are only rumors. But if Barca were to realize his signing it would be pretty exciting.

"You always dream about playing with great players. Franck is a friend. The game is better at Barca. We always attack."

On reports that Barca are chasing Chelsea fullback Ashley Cole, Abidal added: "Personally, I am happy. This season I've done fine. I do not know if the club does not want me, but I am very happy here. I do not want to go."
