Abidal inks new deal with Barcelona

Eric Abidal has signed a new contract with Barcelona.

The French veteran has agreed a new one-year deal to keep him at Camp Nou until 2013 with Barcelona having the option to extend it for two more years.

Abidal had been linked with Arsenal, Manchester City and PSG, but Barca have now tied him down to a new deal.
