Aberdeen's summer signing from Birmingham, 19 year old Sone Aluko, has been named Clydesdale Bank Premier League Young Player of the Month for November. Aluko told the Evening Express: "I feel I still have a lot to give to Aberdeen.
"I'm still just a teenager and have a lot of learning to do. I can improve, and am looking forward to the challenge.
"I love it here at Aberdeen, especially the home games and playing in front of the fans."
Dons boss Jimmy Calderwood has backed Aluko to live up to the fans' expectations.
He said: "Sone has been in fantastic form and it's great he is being recognised. He has rightly received a lot of attention for his recent performances.
"With that comes a lot of expectation because the fans look for Sone to do something special every time he is on the ball.
"I have absolutely no doubt Sone will handle the pressure placed upon him."
