Scottish club Aberdeen have reached a pre-contract agreement for Bournemouth striker Jayden Stockley, according to reports.
Big things were expected from Stockley when he made his debut as a 15-year-old for Bournemouth back in 2009 but the striker was unable to fulfil his immense potential and has not played for the Cherries since 2012.
With 22-year-old Stockley's contract set to expire at the end of the season, it is expected that the striker will be leaving the Vitality Stadium and it has been revealed by the Daily Mail that the Dons are closing in.
Derek McInnes is already planning for next season at the Pittodrie and is set to land Stockley, who scored 10 goals in 22 League Two outings while on loan for Exeter City in the second half of 2015/16.
