Barry Robson could miss the next few weeks with a knee injury according to Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes.
The 34-year old midfielder has undergone surgery on the problem which kept him out of last week's win over Motherwell and will now spend the next little while on the sidelines.
"Barry Robson is out. He is down south today having surgery to explore what the problem is with his injury," he told the club's official website.
"We don't think it is anything too serious but it will be enough to keep him out for a few weeks."
Former Dundee United, Celtic, Middlesbrough and Vancouver Whitecaps man Robson joined the Dons in June after a short stint with Sheffield United.
