Aberdeen keeper Langfield denies McGhee has lost dressing room
Aberdeen goalkeeper Jamie Langfield has rubbished claims manager Mark McGhee has lost the dressing room.
The under-pressure Dons head into tomorrow's home clash with Dundee United looking for their first win in 11 matches.
But keeper Langfield insisted: "Talk of the gaffer losing the dressing room is totally untrue.
"Every single player is behind him and there is no unrest whatsoever. People who say that the gaffer has lost the players do not know what is going on in the dressing room.
"I can assure the fans that we are all behind both the manager and Scott Leitch. There is no question about that and the players are the ones who got the club into this situation.
"We have no one to blame but ourselves and it is up to the players to do everything possible to get out of it.
"It's just that our confidence is down at the moment and we need to get that back. It is so frustrating and all the senior players know we are letting people down every weekend.
"We have all been in the game long enough to know we are not performing and the manager must feel like he is banging his head against a brick wall."
