Aberdeen football chief Willie Miller has revealed their UEFA Cup group will provide the extra cash needed to tie down their best players to new deals.
"The income will help us take care of the future and I will now be able to talk to those players who are out of contract at the end of this season. The extra income will also be invested throughout the club from the grassroots to the first team. It was a matter of pride that Chris Clark, Michael Hart, Zander Diamond, Andrew Considine and Darren Mackie, who all played against Dnipro, came through our system."
The Dons have drawn Lokomotiv Moscow, FC Copenhagen, Atletico Madrid and Panathinaikos.
