Aberdeen have completed the signing of towering forward Calvin Zola.
The 28-year old has joined the Dons from English League Two outfit Burton Albion on a two-year deal wbhich has thrilled manager Derek McInnes.
"I'm delighted to get Calvin on board as our third signing of the summer. He has all the attributes which I think will be beneficial to the team and he will complement our forward players," he told the club's official website.
"He is at a good stage in his career, he's at a good age and when I spoke to him I felt he had a real enthusiasm to be part of something here at Aberdeen."
Congo DR-born Zola kicked off his career with Newcastle United in 2003 before moving to Tranmere Rovers the following year after a loan with Oldham Athletic. He then moved to Crewe Alexandra in 2008 prior to his 2011 shift to Burton which came after a successful loan at the Pirelli Stadium.
