Aberdeen boss Craig Brown hopes to keep hold of goalkeeper Jamie Langfield.

The 31-year-old's current deal expires in the summer and he has been offered an extension like Chris Maguire and Sone Aluko.

Speaking ahead of Aberdeen's Clydesdale Bank Premier League clash with Inverness, Brown said: "I'd be disappointed if he didn't accept.

"He's based here, he's happy here and his offer I think would be very acceptable."
