Aymen Abdennour has signed a new contract with French club Monaco.

The Tunisian defender, 25, admitted he was a target for Tottenham last month but has denied Spurs the chance to sign him in the summer.

Adbennour has penned a one-year contract extension with Monaco which will keep him at the Stade Louis II until the summer of 2019.
