Former AC Milan goalkeeper Christian Abbiati says Leonardo Bonucci has made a huge difference to their defence.

Bonucci featured in the 3-0 win at Crotone.

“His experience, his professionalism," Abbiati said when asked about what Bonucci has added to Vincenzo Montella's side.

“He is a great champion and it's great that great champions are arriving.

“I have to say that all the new signings are good lads and professionals and this is important."
