Manchester United's transfer plans are - again - in a mess since the appointment of new manager Louis van Gaal. The Mail on Sunday says since the appointment of Van Gaal, United's transfer strategy is up in the air.
The fact that Van Gaal is now mainly focused on Holland at the World Cup has complicated matters, as has United's CEO Ed Woodward's lack of experience in the transfer market.
In that sense United have a scatter-gun policy on the basis it is recognised they need at least SIX new front row players.
The budget is £220million net.
