- Melbourne Victory's Robbie Kruse is set to make his 50th Hyundai A-League appearance.

Melbourne Heart (10) v North Queensland Fury (4) Saturday, 4 September 2010, AAMI Park, 5.15pm local

- Having scored two goals or more in each of their past five Hyundai A-League matches, North Queensland Fury are aiming to equal the league's record of scoring two goals or more in consecutive matches, six. The only other teams to have scored two or more goals in six consecutive matches were Newcastle Jets (December 2007-January 2008) and Perth Glory (January-February 2010).

Sydney FC (11) v Adelaide United (2) Saturday, 4 September 2010, Sydney Football Stadium, 7.30pm local

Sydney FC's Nick Carle is set to make his 50th Hyundai A-League appearance.

Newcastle Jets (9) v Brisbane Roar (3) Sunday, 5 September 2010, EnergyAustralia Stadium, 3.00pm local

- Both Newcastle Jets and Brisbane Roar will be aiming to break low goal scoring runs - Newcastle have not scored more than one goal in any of their past nine matches, while Brisbane have not managed to score more than one goal in each of their previous ten matches. On just four previous occasions has a team gone for more than ten matches without scoring more than once in a match in the Hyundai A-League.

Perth Glory (1) v Wellington Phoenix (7) Sunday, 5 September 2010, nib Stadium, 3.00pm local (5.00pm AEST)

- Can Perth get their revenge for their Hyundai A-League 2010 semi-final loss to the Phoenix? - Perth Glory are aiming to continue their longest undefeated streak (all games), having remained undefeated in each of their previous six Hyundai A-League games. The Glory are also out to maintain their longest undefeated streak at home, having not lost a match at nib Stadium in their past nine matches.

Birthday Boys - Ali Abbas (Newcastle Jets) turned 24, yesterday, Monday, 30 August - Massimo Murdocca (Brisbane Roar) turns 26 on Thursday, 2 September - John Curtis (Gold Coast United) turns 32 on Friday, 3 September
