Hyundai A-League 2010/11 Week 3 - Fast Facts
A new nationality became represented in the Hyundai A-League in Week 2 when North Queensland Fury debutant Eugene Sseppuya, hailing from Uganda, started for his first Hyundai A-League match. Uganda becomes the fifth African nationality to be represented in the Hyundai A-League, the other African players being from Ghana (Malik Buari, Hamza Mohammed, Lloyd Owusu), Ivory Coast (Eugene Dadi, Adama Traore), Liberia (Jerry Karpeh) and Togo (Eric Akoto).
The Hyundai A-League has now featured players from 40 different nationalities since inception in August 2005.
In addition to the 335 Australian players who have featured in the league, the following nationalities have now also been represented in the Hyundai A-League: USA (1 player), Argentina (3), Austrian (1), Barbados (1), Belgium (2), Brazil (29), Canada (1), China (6), Colombia (1), Costa Rica (4), Croatia (1), Denmark (1), Netherlands (9), Ecuador (1), England (19), Germany (3), Ghana (3), Iraq (1), Ireland (2), Italy (2), Ivory Coast (3), Japan (3), Korea Republic (5), Liberia (1), Netherlands Antilles (1), New Zealand (26), Northern Ireland (1), Portugal (1), Scotland (11), Serbia (2), Slovakia (1), Solomon Islands (1), Switzerland (3), Thailand (2), Togo (1), Trinidad & Tobago (1), Uganda (1), Uruguay (2) and Wales (1).

- The next goal Adelaide United scores at Hindmarsh Stadium will be the club's 100th Hyundai A-League goal at its main home venue. Adelaide United's 99 goals so far at Hindmarsh Stadium have been scored in 61 matches. The club with the next highest amount of goals scored at one venue is Sydney FC, who have scored 96 goals in 62 matches to date at Sydney Football Stadium.

- Perth Glory goalkeeper Tando Velaphi is set to make his 50th Hyundai A-League appearance.

- Sydney FC captain Terry McFlynn is set to make his 100th Hyundai A-League appearance.

- Central Coast Mariners' striker Adam Kwasnik is set to make his 100th Hyundai A-League appearance.
Melbourne Victory (11) v North Queensland Fury (2) Sunday 22 August 2010, AAMI Park, 3.00pm local
- Playing its second match at its third different home venue in the Hyundai A-League, the Melbourne Victory's aggregate attendance will reach the 1.5 million mark this weekend. After last weekend's debut AAMI Park home crowd of 20,358, the Victory's 62nd home match in the Hyundai A-League, the Melbourne Victory's aggregate crowd stands at 1,497,044, an average of just over 24,000 per match (including finals).
