The bottom-of-the-table Reds are in desperate need of a win and HAVE to grab all three points if they want to keep their finals hopes alive whilst the visiting Glory will want to put aside the 6-2 drubbing by the Melbourne Victory on Saturday night.
Form prior to last weekend suggests the Glory might be good enough to at least get a point away from home and a win would push them clear of 7th place but the head-to-head record clearly favours Adelaide (8 wins from 14 encounters, 2 wins to Perth) and the fact they are playing for their season may inspire them to produce an improved performance.
