Perth Glory's Argie Adrian Trinidad has come in for furious criticism over his role in getting Iain Fyfe sent-off on Sunday.
"What I saw on television did not look good," Aloisi told the Australian. "This has got to be stopped ... it's not doing the sport any good.
"I know players are not allowed to lay a hand on another player, but this was only a slight push. I know it's the culture, the way things are in South America and I know it can be hard to get it out of their game.
"But the guy milked it.
"You can almost hear the people who hate our game crying out we are a bunch of sissies."
An FFA source confirmed the head body was concerned about Sunday's incident.
"We are appalled by the act of simulation," the source said. "It sets a bad example to young players and to the rest of the A-League. It's obviously not something we want to see in the game."
