DC United's sole investor Will Chang admits he is still searching for potential partners to join him in owning the MLS club.
Recent reports suggest that Indonesian magnate Erick Thohir, who part-owns NBA franchise Philadelphia 76ers, is being linked with an interest in the Washington outfit and although Chang did not comment on that matter, he did admit he is actively seeking partnerships as the club pursues a soccer-specific stadium.
"Yes, we're talking to people. I am talking to a number of groups.
"I continue to look for partners to keep the team in DC and get a stadium done, or get a deal in another place. I need partners that will help us get a stadium.""Everything is still fluid," he told the Washington Post.
