Chelsea manager Antonio Conte says that his side can't drop more than nine points from their remaining ten games if they wish to win the Premier League title.

The Blues maintained their ten-point lead on second-placed Tottenham Hotspur after defeating Stoke City 2-1 on Saturday.

A haul of 21 points from their last ten games would hand the title to the Blues irrespective of their opponents' results.

In the wake of the Potters win, the Italian said: "We have to take 21 points to take the title, otherwise we risk to lose.

"We have to think positively and take it game by game.

"Now there is an international break and a bit of rest for some of the players, and then we come back to Cobham and it's important to be focused because we have two games at home against Crystal Palace and Manchester City."
