£150k of luxury cars swiped from home of Aston Villa's Brighton loanee Bent

Darren Bent has been the subject of a burglary at his mansion in Little Aston.

The Aston Villa striker, who is on loan at Championship club Brighton & Hove Albion, had two luxury cars stolen worth around £150,000 from his home on Saturday.

The Birmingham Mail reports that thieves broke into Bent's house near Sutton Coldfield and took off with a high-spec Range Rover and luxury Audi RS6 which were parked in his driveway.

Police reports state that the burglars entered the property before making an 'orderly search' for the keys to the luxury vehicles before driving off in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The night prior, former Tottenham and Sunderland striker Bent played a full 90 minutes as the Seagulls lost 1-0 to Millwall at the Amex Stadium.
