Manchester United are willing to pay a massive £100million to land Paul Pogba from Juventus.
The Sun is reporting that the Red Devils are prepared to part with the princely transfer fee in order to reach an agreement with the Bianconeri who have no intention of allowing the midfielder to leave for a reasonable price.
It is also understood that United will offer Pogba a five-year deal worth just over £15m per year in a lucrative contract worth just under £80m.
The fee being mentioned would eclipse the £86m Real Madrid paid Tottenham for Gareth Bale in 2013.
Pogba departed Old Trafford for Juventus when his contract with United expired back in 2012 but a reported salary of £300,000-a-week could lure him back to Manchester.
Real Madrid are also showing interest in the 23-year-old French superstar but Zinedine Zidane is not keen on spending as lavishly as new United boss Jose Mourinho.
