Arsenal youngster Tom Cruise: I am never going to escape my name!

Arsenal youngster Tom Cruise says he can handle the wind-ups about his Hollywood name.

Cruise, 19, who plays left back, said his name was not connected to the film star.

"It actually comes through my family, but I don't really mind. I'm never going to escape it."

The England U19 defender says they go into their Euro semifinal with Spain full of confidence after their 1-1 draw with France.

Cruise told the Daily Mail: "There's such a good feeling among us, it was like a win really. Most of us were shattered afterwards, but I couldn't sleep that night. I think there were a few of us like that because you're still feeling the adrenaline."
