Arsenal remain in contact for Fulham keeper Schwarzer

Arsenal remain keen on Fulham goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer.
The Mirror says Schwarzer remains Arsenal's number one goalkeeper target - despite reports in the today's papers linking the Gunners with a £5.5m bid for Italian Federico Marchetti.
Arsene Wenger is keen to sign a new goalkeeper after seemingly losing faith in Manuel Almunia , and has actively pursued Fulham's veteran Australian throughout the summer .
