Arsenal ponder bid for FC Cluj striker Traore

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is preparing a bid for FC Cluj striker Lacine Traore.

Romanian press reports today say Wenger is ready to make an offer for the 19 year-old Ivorian.

The Premier League contenders are in the market for a new striker due to the injury worries of both Robin van Persie and Nicklas Bendtner and Wenger is believed to be keen to add to his ranks sooner rather than later.

Cluj rate Traore in the £3 million class.
