Arsenal hero Arshavin: Gaffer gave us day off for win!

Arsenal goal scorer Andrey Arshavin feels in good shape after last night's win over Olympiakos.

The Russia international said: "In principle, today I felt good. Am I fully recovered? I think in the next game I will answer this question."

Asked if Arsene Wenger was pleased with the win, Arshavin also told arshavin.eu: "I think the coach was happy with outcome of the match. What did he say? He said that tomorrow we have the day off!"
