Arsenal demand Cagliari drop price for Marchetti

Arsenal face being priced out of a deal for Cagliari goalkeeper Federico Marchetti.

The Daily Star says the Gunners face being priced out of a move for Italy keeper Marchetti unless Cagliari drop their £12.5m asking price.

Marchetti has had a transfer request accepted but the Italian club’s valuation is way above Arsenal’s.

Boss Arsene Wenger has bid £5.4m for the 27-year-old who took over as Italy’s No.1 from Gianluigi Buffon at the World Cup.

Arsenal have definitely bid for Marchetti ? Really ? Are you sure tribalfootball ? Want to name a source or print some quotes ? Or is this just some shite you kicked around the office on a slow Friday morning ?
