Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is not concerned by the threat of big-spending Manchester City.
Wenger is still convinced his side can improve on the third-place finish they achieved last term.
"I am very confident [we'll do better than last season]," he told arsenal.com. "We know in England that the Premier League is the biggest league in the world and everybody invests a lot of money.
"We invest in our work, in our beliefs, in the quality of our behaviour and I am confident that will pay off.
"We finished third last year and we hope we can improve on that. But the race will be tough."

yeah i'm sure you "experts" said before last season that arsenal wouldn't make the champions league... you bunch of wankers.
Winning PL title isn´t Arsenal´s goal, since when ?
I get the feeling, they gonna try hard.
Atleast they can improve to 2nd place cos winnin titles is not their GOALS...buyin and sellin players is their AIM lol :D
