Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has reaffirmed is stand against the Premier League's new quotas.
"I am not in favour of it and I said that many times," said Wenger.
"I feel that when you want to see the best players in the best league in the world, you have to be open. To accept competition – and we live for competition – it is not to accept artificial rules and that is why I am against it."

No one man has done more for this club in recent times but no one man has done so little to build on the success. Wenger will be gone next year. We will not make the Champions League and Fabregas will also be off. Mark my words this will be our worst season under Wenger and he will leave the team in disarray.
Only then (when he will probably release a book) will we know the real truth. 4 games, 2 losses and 8 goals conceded (despite Vermaelan) not pretty reading and now 9 players injured (6 first teamers). Why is it always us? We do not have strength in depth to cope.
I love Arsenal to bits but what is happening is making me very sad. We will only be remembered for our results this year and the more moaning about our treatment that comes out of the club then the more other teams will take pleasure in our downfall - especially in Manchester and London (if the scum will finally get their victory over us in the League this season I will switch off until the World Cup).
Wenger please prove me wrong - be remembered for success. Make this team stand up and fight for the fans because what im seeing is whinging and poor excuses. "We played better, therefore deserved to win". What?? - its not about possesion - its about being clinical, scoring goals and holding the ball sensibly (oh we didnt get someone who can do that did we did we!!).
