Ancelotti: Terry can feel comfortable at Chelsea
Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has assured John Terry that he can escape his off-field woes at Stamford Bridge.
Ancelotti says Terry will remain his Chelsea captain, despite the defender's sacking by England yesterday.
He said: "I think he is able to leave his problems outside the training ground. He's shown his character. He is a very strong character.
"I have a very good relationship with John in training.
"I'm not interested in anything else. I'm not interested in the private life of anybody."
The Chelsea chief's stance is in sharp contrast to that of his fellow Italian, England boss Fabio Capello.
Ancelotti said: "I have no feelings about what happens with the national team.
"If the private life of a player doesn't involve or harm his professional life, I don't have a problem. If John is not able to train because he's tired or nervous, I can be interested.
"But he comes here and trains very well. He's always ready to train, always focused, always involved. Here, he will find a good place to stay."
