Ancelotti strives for continuous improvement with Chelsea
Carlo Ancelotti believes Chelsea have still not seen the best of him.
The Italian enjoyed a dream start to life in the Stamford Bridge hot-seat last season as he led the Blues to a league and cup double.
Chelsea's flying start to the 2010/11 campaign suggests he could be in for another productive year this time around, but the former AC Milan and Juventus boss will be taking nothing for granted.
"In football there are a lot of things, a lot of details that you can always improve," said Ancelotti.
"Every experience can give you the possibility to improve. I had good experience before I came here and now I think I improved with this experience.
"There are not a lot of differences between Italy and England, but I think the English players have a stronger mentality, they like to work very hard on the pitch every day."
One area of his armoury Ancelotti has worked on since arriving in the Premier League is his grasp of the English language.
"I think it is better if you can explain things, mistakes, without shouting," he added.
"Now after one year my relationship with the players is very close, so they can understand me very well and I can understand them very well. If you shout all the time they do not listen."
