Ancelotti looking to Chelsea players to create club history
Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti believes the club have a great opportunity to make history by beating Portsmouth to win the double.
The Italian has already steered the Blues to the Barclays Premier League title in his first season in England and it could get even better for the former AC Milan coach on Saturday.
Chelsea will become only the seventh club to win both competitions in the same season if they overcome Grant's relegated Pompey in the FA Cup final.
"For us it is a great opportunity to win the double - the first time for this club and we can do it," said Ancelotti.
"It is the most important game and we have to have respect for Portsmouth. They were relegated but they deserve to play in this final after beating Tottenham in the semis. We have to fight against them to win this game.
"Everyone knows how important this competition is. I am happy because the team trained well this week. They are in focus - we want to win this cup.
"Avram is a very good coach. He was here for Chelsea for one year and played in finals with this club. He has done a very good job this year with Portsmouth.
"He worked very hard to take Portsmouth to the final of the cup. It is an opportunity for them to save the season. We have to play against players with strong motivation.
"But Chelsea is a great club without this Premier League and the FA Cup - they are one of the most important clubs in the world without these two trophies.
"I have pressure because the double is very important for this club, but I have pressure before every game."
