All systems go at North Queensland Fury – Robinson
Things are going well at North Queensland Fury according to striker James Robinson.
"It's just fantastic, it really is," he said.
"Everything is in place for the players so all we need to concentrate on is the football side of things.
"The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for the players.
"The boys here are great and I think we're going to have a really exciting football team, playing the sort of football that Fergie (coach Ian Ferguson) wants,” he added.
"The chairman hasn't put pressure on us (by making bold claims or predictions) but as players you set yourself very high standards. We'll go out there with the mentality that we're trying to win every single game.”
Robinson also mentioned that all the players were intent on working hard and improving themselves.
"To give yourself the best chance to win football matches you need hard work and the right spirit. We've got both of those,” he continued.
"As for me, I think this is the start of an exciting chapter in my career. Fergie has brought me in as a forward and I'm looking forward to the challenge. I think there's more to come (from me).
"We've a lot of pre-season games to come which is great. I think we'll be firing on all cylinders when it comes to the start of the A-League season."
